Workplace Services - Associate Consultant

• Fundamental role in building, leading and managing all aspects of TC Global WorkSpaces, whether owned or on-demand, to support the full extent of our mission and vision for our people, students and partners.
• Manage all Real Estate Assets: Lead and manage all Real Estate Assets to be fully designed, equipped and serviced to advance and support our mission.
• Infrastructure: Take charge of all infrastructure requirements, from Hard Services (HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, and OHS) to internet and communications services to ensure seamless operational execution and connectivity 24x7 for both members in the WorkSpace and those that are mobile.
• Workplace Services: Create a high standard of delivery on essential services from Cleaning and Hospitality to Security & Maintenance, Office Supplies and Asset Allocation and any additional resourcing needed to make the lives of our members as seamless as possible.
• Mobile Workforce: Be on the frontier to collaborate with Human Capital Management in setting and iterating progressive administrative services and policies that are on the cutting edge of the modern mobile workforce.
• Concierge: Lead and operate an ultra-effective Concierge Service to support member travel and hospitality needs domestically and globally. Set extremely high standards of service to go above and beyond the essential to deliver amazing experiences.
• Partner Management: Build and nurture long term relationships with providers that are able to meet and deliver the highest standard of work at optimised costs.
• Select, Build and launch new assets: Take lead on the selection, building and launching of new WorkSpaces, small and large that are designed to strategically unlock value in specific regions and strengthen the impact of our platform and community.
• Resource Allocation: Your fundamental role is to be a phenomenal allocator of available resources. Show awareness of available resources, and make decisions to maximise the leverage of our human and financial resources to multiply value.
• Administrative and Budgetary Ownership: Demonstrate extreme ownership all of Administrative and related Financial aspects of our organisation to deliver exceptional experiences to internal and external users at optimised unit economics.
• Desired
• Strong experience in leading Workplace Services in platform-enabled or service brands with a geographically spread out mobile workforce
• Strong technical experience in leading Real Estate and Infrastructure Services
• Prior experience in Ed-tech, marketplaces, aggregators and platform + service brands
• Bonus: Strong experience in regional and global expansion
