Sealed Air is seeking a detail-oriented and innovation-driven IT Business Analyst IV – Power Platform Developer to join our IT team.

This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders, process owners, and technical teams to deliver impactful solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

With a strong understanding of business process automation and Power Apps development, the successful candidate will design and implement scalable applications that streamline workflows, enhance data integration, and improve operational efficiency. This role requires a blend of technical fluency, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to drive digital transformation across the organization.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in developing Power Apps solutions, strong problem-solving and documentation skills, and the ability to translate business needs into secure, high-performance applications that support strategic goals.

• Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps solutions to automate workflows and improve operational processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and create custom apps that optimize day-to-day operations.
• Build user-friendly interfaces and ensure seamless data flow across apps and systems.
• Integrate Power Apps with other Microsoft services and third-party applications to enhance functionality and process optimization.
• Implement security, compliance, and governance best practices to ensure data confidentiality and integrity in all Power Apps solutions.
• Continuously monitor and optimize app performance, ensuring high scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with data engineers and other team members to define data requirements and improve data integration and management processes.
• Provide troubleshooting support and recommend enhancements to existing Power Apps solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features and advancements to ensure innovative and efficient solutions

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• 5 years of work experience minimum
• Experience with other Microsoft services such as Power BI, Azure, or Microsoft Flow
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or equivalent certifications
• Familiarity with DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment within the Power Platform
• Proven experience in developing Power Apps solutions for optimizing workflows and business processes
• Proficiency in Power Apps development, including custom connectors, forms, and automation workflows
• Strong understanding of data integration, security, and governance within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize Power Apps solutions for better performance
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into technical solutions
