We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic IT Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both IT and business analysis, with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. As an IT Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, analyze business processes, and help design and implement technology solutions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities : Requirements Gathering : Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Business Process Analysis : Evaluate existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions. Solution Design : Collaborate with IT and business teams to design and implement technology solutions that meet business needs.

Project Management : Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. Testing and Validation : Develop and execute test plans to ensure the functionality and performance of the implemented solutions. Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user guides.

Stakeholder Communication : Act as a liaison between business units and IT, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals and requirements. Training and Support : Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes. Qualifications : Technical Skills : Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, knowledge of software development methodologies, and familiarity with databases and SQL.

Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Key Competencies : .
