Key Responsibilities:


• Gather, document, and validate business requirements for regulatory reports such as CRR/SLR,

LCR/NSFR, Liquidity Returns, NPA reporting, Basel III/IV returns, etc.


• Collaborate with various department like IT, finance, risk management, and IT teams to translate

regulatory mandates into functional and technical specifications.


• Maintain strong data governance and validation controls to ensure data accuracy and completeness before submission.


• Monitor updates to Central Bank regulations, assess their impact, and coordinate required process/system changes.


• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system enhancements for regulatory reporting tools.


• Prepare and maintain documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, process flow diagrams, and change logs.


• Train stakeholders and provide knowledge transfer on RBI reporting processes and systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


• Any Bachelor's degree (Master degree with Finance, Economics, Commerce preferred)


• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in regulatory reporting within the Banking/Financial Services or IT industry.


• Strong knowledge of banking products/subject areas such as Deposits, Loans, Money Market,

Treasury, LCBG, etc.


• Familiarity with regulator mandated reports.


• Proficiency in MS Excel and regulatory reporting solutions.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.


• Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and regulators.

Preferred:


• Understanding of data governance, ETL processes, and banking data warehouses.


• Experience with Project Management and Agile/Waterfall delivery methodologies.
