Job Description  
  • Drafting and prosecution of patent applications- including provisional, complete after provisional, or direct complete application for first filing in India, PCT, US, or EP.
  • Conducting Inventor interviews to extract relevant details of the invention for writing quality patent applications.
  • Assisting inventors in disclosure writing and invention mining, where required.
  • Candidates should have worked in Patent Search and Drafting in the following areas of Hi-Tech, AI, ML, Block-Chain

Desired skills:

Excellent technical skills to understand the latest technology

Excellent written and oral communication (in English) with the particular ability of techno-legal writing

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to conduct inventor interviews

Self-motivated responsible attitude with the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner

Prior experience in patent drafting and prosecution for international clients

Qualifications :

  • BSc/MSc/BTech/MTech/BPharma (Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy) Registered Patent Agent a plus

Experience :

Minimum 3 years of experience in patent drafting
