Fiori is looking for captains who will report to the restaurant manager and focus on curating an amazing hospitality experience for patrons.

Fiori places heavy importance on a growth centric culture. You will be exposed to constant training, cuisines, mixology and barista techniques. This would contribute to growing your learning and professional landscape.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily restaurant and catering operations to enhance guest experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Maintain an active presence during service hours, events, and high-occupancy periods.
  • Assist in handling customer complaints, ensuring swift service recovery, and informing managers accordingly.
  • Assist in training and mentoring associates to enhance productivity and service quality.
  • Foster a positive work environment to maximize associate satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to hygiene manuals and health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across all operations.
  • Monitor stock levels and maintain par stock for smooth operations.
  • Supervise cashiering, consumption processes, and cost-control measures.
  • Assist in minimizing losses and optimizing profitability through cost-saving initiatives.
  • Ensure proper usage and maintenance of equipment, tools, and service items.
  • Follow up on administrative and side duties as assigned by the manager.
  • Assist in financial tracking and reporting as required.

Pre-Requisites:

  • 3+ years in a busy hotel/restaurant environment.
  • A Hotel Management degree is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle guest interactions professionally.
  • A strong knack to learn new ideas and collaborate within a diverse environment.
