Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Interaction:
  • Warmly greet guests upon arrival and ensure their comfort throughout their dining experience.
  • Escort guests to their tables and present menus, highlighting daily specials and promotions.
  • Order Management:
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders, offering suggestions and upselling when appropriate.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and precise delivery of orders.
  • Customer Service:
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, striving to exceed their expectations.
  • Monitor dining areas to anticipate and respond to guest needs, ensuring a seamless service experience.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with fellow servers, bussers, and front-of-house staff to maintain a cohesive and efficient service flow.
  • Assist in training new staff members, sharing best practices and fostering a supportive team environment.
  • Operational Support:
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including resetting tables and restocking supplies as needed.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both guests and staff.
  • Menu Knowledge:
  • Demonstrate thorough understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens.
  • Stay informed about new menu items, seasonal offerings, and special promotions to provide accurate information to guests.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Positive attitude, with a willingness to learn.
  • 1-3 years of experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Energetic and team-oriented personality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
