Greetings We are hiring a Franchise Operations Manager (Ophthalmology Industry) for Gurgaon, Haryana location.  Job Description: · Optical counter selection throughdetailed assessment, finalize the terms of business, Sign -up of MOU, launchingof retail store with renovation/modification, and generate business for company· Meeting Key Ophthalmologist andAttending O.T· Finding new Eye Hospitals, speaking withdoctors that specialize in ophthalmology, introducing the business, andperforming catchment analyses.· Check out the legalities of theHospital, prepare agreement and discuss with the DIRECTOR /Concerned departmentfor further action.· Demonstrate FOCO model, with targetcustomers, clear their queries and set business terms to get a win -win situation for both the parties and close agreement for Optical centre· Conceptualizing & implementing thebusiness plans and ensuring accomplishment of the business goals and achievethe target across the assigned region· Get signed the agreement in consultationwith legal team, coordinate with roll out to construct/modified the outlet,launch of centre as per the agreed terms between both the parties· Acquisition/Replacement/Creation offranchise optical store at Eye hospitals in consultation with chief decisionmaker· Retail store expansion through hospitalstie -ups & revenue generation through them· Final negotiation on revenue share,SOPs, with Ophthalmologist & decision maker· Attend the National and state levelconference to generate new leads & represent the company.· Lead the process of Selection ofHospital, ensure by thorough research that the acquisition will ensure highreturns.· Ensure that counter space and parkingspace selection is such that they are optimum range for each size of store isdisplayed while delivering the required returns as per square foot.· Ensure timely completion and handover ofprojects to the Operation team that makes the store ready for retailing.· Liaison between Hospital andOrganization and get things done without delay.
