We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Mobile App Team Lead to oversee our

mobile development team, manage app lifecycle processes, and ensure timely delivery of

handle both technical and managerial responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. App Development & Maintenance

● Lead the development of mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.

● Ability to do the code in Android native in Java/Kotlin using basic structure

● Manage and maintain existing apps, ensuring performance, compatibility, and security.

● Oversee the deployment of new applications to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

2. App Store Optimization & Marketing

● Optimize app listings for both Play Store and App Store to improve visibility and

downloads.

● Write engaging and market-competitive app descriptions, titles, and package names.

● Create and manage app metadata, keywords, and screenshots based on market trends.

● Stay updated on ASO strategies and competitor analysis for better marketing

performance.

3. Team & Project Management

● Lead and guide the mobile app development team to follow structured workflows.

● Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure project delivery before deadlines.

● Mentor team members on best coding practices and development standards.

● Facilitate effective client communication and handle client requirements efficiently.

  1. Technical & Collaboration Skills

● Proficient in using GitHub and Bitbucket for code management.

● Familiar with project tracking tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.

● Understanding of backend structures and integration with mobile applications.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, marketers, and backend

developers.

Requirements

● 4+ years of proven experience in Android and iOS application development.

● Strong knowledge of app deployment processes for both platforms.

● Expertise in ASO techniques and app marketing strategies.

● Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

● Hands-on experience with version control and project management tools.

● Good understanding of mobile app architecture and backend integration.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40, ₹55,000.00 per month
