Sr Analyst – US Mortgage Loan Operations
We provide virtual business process services to various types of overseas clients and this position is to be part of the team which provides support to USA client in the Mortgage Finance industry, which is a recognized leader in private real estate lending, capital markets, and securitization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Loan Processing & Underwriting Support
- Assist with review and processing of Business Purpose (Bridge, Fix & Flip, Ground Up Construction, DSCR) loans.
- Perform checklist-based file reviews to confirm completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
- Clear underwriting conditions by validating supporting documents against program and investor requirements.
- Conduct appraisal reviews to ensure reports meet internal and investor standards.
Data Entry & Documentation
- Enter borrower, loan, and collateral information into internal loan servicing and underwriting systems with accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain digital loan files by organizing and uploading documentation as received.
- Generate and distribute documents for electronic signature (DocuSign), tracking status and completion.
Servicing & Compliance Support
- Input and update ACH and borrower payment details in servicing databases.
- Monitor borrower insurance compliance by reviewing internal files and external confirmations.
- Conduct property tax and lien searches via public records and subscription databases to confirm collateral compliance.
Construction & Draw Administration
- Support processing of construction and renovation draw requests.
- Validate supporting documentation (invoices, inspections, lien waivers) before approval.
- Track draw status and update internal systems to ensure timely processing.
Operational Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain workflow reports (Excel or equivalent) to provide visibility into loan status, extensions, and conditions.
- Monitor deadlines, proactively escalate exceptions, and ensure timely resolution of outstanding items.
General Support
- Collaborate with U.S.-based team members to provide responsive operational and administrative assistance.
- Take initiative to complete assigned tasks proactively, accurately, and consistently within deadlines.
- Perform additional operational support tasks as needed in a high-growth private lending environment.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- A range of 4 – 6 years of experience in US Mortgage Origination (residential and / or commercial) and Servicing Process, including knowledge of various mortgage documents and related underwriting concepts.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, MBA, CFA, or other post-Grad Degree a plus

- Continuously work to exceed expectations; be ready, willing and able to consistently upgrade technical knowledge, skills and change behaviour to improve personal and company performance.
- Strong Knowledge of MS Office applications, use of internet and web applications.
LOCATION: Work from Home
TIMINGS: EST 8am to 5pm
SALARY RANGE: AS PER INDUSTRY STANDARD
