Position Overview:

We are hiring a Mortgage Disclosure Desk Administrator to manage and oversee all initial and revised disclosures for our mortgage transactions. This fully remote role is critical in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely disclosure packages, including Loan Estimates (LEs), Closing Disclosures (CDs), rate lock confirmations, and change-of-circumstance updates. Candidates must have deep knowledge of U.S. mortgage documentation, disclosure timing requirements, and regulatory compliance.

This role requires a detail-oriented professional who is proactive, organized, and highly skilled with LOS systems and lender platforms. Although remote, the candidate must be available to work during U.S. business hours (Central or Eastern Time preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and issue accurate Loan Estimates, disclosures, and rate lock confirmations in compliance with TRID and RESPA timelines
  • Monitor the disclosure request queue and ensure all files are reviewed and sent out within required timeframes
  • Work with loan officers and processors to gather accurate information for disclosure generation
  • Issue change-of-circumstance disclosures and re-disclosures as needed
  • Review fees, ensure compliance with lender and investor guidelines, and flag any discrepancies
  • Maintain audit-ready disclosure files and documentation of all issued packages
  • Coordinate with compliance and processing teams to ensure full file integrity
  • Track lock expirations, extensions, and notify the team of upcoming deadlines
  • Assist in training team members on disclosure-related policies and procedures
  • Work within our Loan Origination System (Arive LOS) and across multiple lender portals

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a mortgage disclosure desk or loan processing capacity
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. mortgage loan disclosures, TRID regulations, rate locks, and investor/lender guidelines
  • Proficiency with LOS platforms (experience with Arive LOS preferred) and common lender portals
  • High attention to detail with the ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and potential compliance issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple deadlines
  • Must be available to work full-time during standard U.S. business hours (Central or Eastern time zone)
  • Comfortable working with a global team and following structured SOPs and workflows
