- Key Responsibilities:Communication & Correspondence
- Draft, review, and send professional emails, letters, and other correspondence.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams, management, and external stakeholders.
- Handle incoming calls and messages promptly and professionally.
- Follow-up & Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and field teams for timely task execution and updates.
- Follow up on pending actions, project updates, and documentation.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining meeting records.
- Administrative Support
- Maintain records, files, and documentation in both physical and digital formats.
- Assist in managing office supplies, logistics, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Support HR or Accounts departments with data entry and record management when required.
- Solar Plant Monitoring & Analysis
- Monitor daily performance reports of solar plants using monitoring software or dashboards.
- Prepare and share generation reports, downtime summaries, and performance analysis with management.
- Coordinate with the operations and maintenance team to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare MIS reports, follow-up trackers, and performance summaries as required.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in report submission.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and data.
- Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Commerce, Administration, or Engineering).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email management tools.
- Knowledge of solar plant monitoring systems will be an added advantage.
