Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to align social efforts with brand goals.

  • Monitor, moderate, and respond to audience interactions to drive community engagement.

  • Analyze performance metrics and generate insights to optimize campaigns.

  • Plan and execute paid ad campaigns tailored to business objectives (lead gen, awareness, traffic).

  • Stay current with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 6 months to 2  years of proven, hands-on experience in social media marketing.

  • Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.

  • Strong copywriting, content creation, and communication skills.

  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
