Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in chemical or electroplating product sales coordination, order management, client communication, and backend sales support. He will play a key role in ensuring smooth internal processes from inquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with clients, internal sales teams, and production departments regarding order status, pricing, and delivery timelines
  • Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and order confirmations
  • Maintain sales-related documentation and records in Excel/ERP/CRM systems
  • Handle inquiries and follow-up calls with existing customers and distributors
  • Track dispatch schedules and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery
  • Support sales executives in achieving targets and customer satisfaction
  • Manage and update customer databases, pending orders, and sales reports
  • Assist in resolving any customer complaints or delivery issues
  • Follow up for payment collection and coordinate with the accounts department

Candidate Requirements:

  • Graduate (B.Sc. Chemistry or any discipline preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales coordination role, preferably in chemical/electroplating product manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and ERP/CRM systems
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently
  • Basic understanding of chemicals, electroplating processes, and B2B sales is a plus
  • Candidates from manufacturing/industrial sectors preferred
