Job Overview

The Chennai Urology And Robotics Institute is seeking a Junior Hospital Receptionist for a full-time position in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience and will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations at the front desk. The role demands a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills to manage patient interactions and administrative tasks efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Conduct insurance verifications and address patient billing inquiries, coordinating with the finance department as needed.
  • Ensure confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA compliance in handling patient information.
  • Operate and manage multiline phone systems for communication within and outside the organization.
  • Support administrative tasks, including filing, reporting, and correspondence, to assist the healthcare team.
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare providers to facilitate outstanding patient care and service delivery.
