Our Client is a leading FMCG firm and are looking to engage with a Workplace/Facilities Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Workplace Transformation

  • Lead planning and execution of building projects, refurbishments, and fit-outs.
  • Enable agile working environments and standardized meeting experiences.
  • Drive office integration initiatives supporting organizational transformation.

Travel, Meetings, Events & Fleet Operations

  • Manage logistics for events, including travel, venues, and risk assessments.
  • Oversee vendor management for car and hotel services.
  • Administer online platforms for travel and fleet bookings.

Service Delivery & Workplace Operations

  • Ensure efficient delivery of facility, utilities, reception, and security services.
  • Manage catering, health & safety, vitality, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee CSR activities, housing, car allocations, and onboarding/offboarding.

Real Estate & Space Management

  • Manage company properties, tenant relations, and space optimization.
  • Oversee rent, rates, and taxes.

Financial & Statutory Control

  • Manage WTS budgets, asset procurement, and audit compliance.
  • Handle sourcing, budgeting, and statutory payments.

Safety, Health, Environment & Sustainability

  • Drive sustainability projects aligned with USLP goals.
  • Promote zero single-use plastic and ensure workplace safety and continuity.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or Engineering; Master's or certifications preferred.
  • Experience in workplace services/facilities/corporate real estate.
  • Excellent communication, proactive mindset, resilience, teamwork, attention to detail, and ability to meet multiple deadlines.
