Job Description:

A Coimbatore-based software company is seeking a Customer Support Executive to join its dynamic remote support team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to simplify technical information for non-technical users.

This is a work-from-home opportunity, open to candidates residing within Tamil Nadu

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills with a professional and empathetic tone.
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical users.
  • Proactive mindset with attention to detail and strong follow-through.
  • Reliable, courteous, and solution-oriented in all interactions.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, user-centric environment with evolving priorities.
  • Good English accent is mandatory.

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate from a recognized institution, with a strong academic foundation and professional communication skills.

Language Proficiency:

  • Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory).
  • Fluent in Hindi, with the ability to engage confidently and empathetically with users across diverse regions.

Work Ethic & Professionalism:

  • Consistent adherence to timelines and task commitments.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality support.
  • Demonstrates initiative and a proactive approach — willing to go beyond assigned responsibilities to ensure user satisfaction and team success.

Emoluments & Benefits:

  • Compensation will be competitive and aligned with prevailing industry standards.
  • During the initial six-month probation period, a fixed monthly remuneration will be provided.
  • Upon successful completion of probation and confirmation of employment, the candidate will be eligible for statutory benefits including Provident Fund (PF) and Employees' State Insurance (ESI), as applicable.
