Precast Project Manager

Role & responsibilities

  1. Oversee planning, execution, and completion of precast construction project.
  2. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and subcontractors.
  3. Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.
  4. Provide technical guidance on precast technologies and methodologies.
  5. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
  6. Lead and manage a team of supervisors, and construction workers.
  7. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants.
  8. Implement and maintain quality assurance and control measures.
  9. Manage project planning, procurement, and contract management.
  10. Coordinate with PMC, clients, and design teams on project issues.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or related field .
  • Minimum of 10 years in precast high-rise building construction Required
  • Strong technical knowledge of precast technologies and construction methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Candidate from Noida NCR will be preferred
