About the Role:

We are looking for a smart and proactive Business Development Executive (Female) with at least 2 years of experience handling the lead generation to dispatch process.

The candidate will play a key role in managing existing clients and generating new leads while ensuring smooth coordination and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete lead generation cycle from prospecting to closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, research, and digital outreach.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure smooth dispatch and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate lead and client data, reports, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation, client handling, or inside sales.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong follow-up, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting.
  • Goal-driven, proactive, and professional in client interactions.
  • Female candidates only (Non-field role).
