Job Title: MIS Influencer Operations

Role Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an MIS Influencer. This role demands strong operational discipline, data management expertise, and effective stakeholder coordination. The individual will be responsible for maintaining an publishing all influencer-related reports, managing payouts, handling influencer-level escalations, and supporting the city teams in resolving influencer (IF) and delivery executive (DE) level issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, update, and publish all influencer channel reports, dashboards, and payout trackers on a regular basis.

  • Manage end-to-end payout processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business standards.

  • Handle influencer-level escalations, coordinating with city teams to drive quick and efficient resolutions.
  • Support lead conversions and onboarding processes for influencers sourced through central initiatives.
  • Work closely with city teams and central stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, data accuracy, and transparency.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in MIS, operations, or data management roles (experience in influencer or field operations preferred).
  • Advanced Excel skills with hands-on experience in data cleaning, reporting, and dashboard creation.
  • Strong understanding of data organization, reporting structures, and process management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills able to coordinate effectively across city and central teams.
  • Self-driven, agile, and highly responsive individual with a problem-solving mindset.
