Job Title: HR/Accounts Assistant
Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR/Accounts Assistant to join our IT department. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for assisting with various HR and accounting tasks to support the department.
Roles and Responsibilities: - Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. - Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. - Process payroll and expenses accurately and in a timely manner. - Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing and reconciliations. - Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting activities. - Coordinate employee training and development programs. - Provide administrative support to the HR and accounting teams as needed.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or related field years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an IT department. - Strong knowledge of HR and accounting principles and practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/Accounting software - Tally - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
