Information Technology Support Specialist

Purpose of Role: The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization. Accountability & Key Responsibilities of Role: Provide first-line technical support to employees (onsite and remote). Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues. Manage user accounts, email setups, and access permissions. Maintain inventory of IT assets and assist in procurement planning.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and warranty services. Ensure data backups and recovery processes are in place. Follow IT security protocols and assist with antivirus and software updates.
Document support cases, resolutions, and system changes. Provide IT onboarding support for new hires. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi,Administer and support Office 365 services including user account setup, email configurationManage user accounts, email setups, and access permissions across systemsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.1–3 years of experience in IT support or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking.Familiarity with IT ticketing systems. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
