Role & responsibilities

  • Strong knowledge of Injection Molding, IML Robotics, and utility and auxiliary systems used in the plastics industry.
  • Proven experience in rigid packaging manufacturing using injection molding processes.
  • Responsible for leading and managing cross-functional teams including Production, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Quality, and Administration.
  • Proficient in SAP and its application in plant operations and reporting.
  • Exposure to and experience in handling plant-level commercial activities.
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Plant Head in an injection molding unit.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Leadership & Team Management: Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive performance across departments.

  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Injection Molding processes, IML Robotics, and associated utilities and auxiliaries.

  • Operational Excellence: Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, TPM, and other operational efficiency tools.

  • Strategic Planning: Ability to plan and execute plant-level strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
  • Commercial Acumen: Exposure to budgeting, cost control, vendor management, and other commercial functions.
  • Quality Management: Familiarity with ISO standards, audits, and continuous improvement methodologies.
