Job Description:

  • Overall responsibility for end-to-end plant operations – production, maintenance, EHS, quality, and cost control.
  • Lead a team across departments to ensure smooth functioning and compliance with operational KPIs.
  • Drive continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and efficiency initiatives.
  • Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance, especially related to water treatment norms.
  • Manage client audits, internal reporting, and coordinate with HO and external stakeholders.
  • Budgeting, inventory, manpower planning, and vendor coordination.
  • Strong focus on safety, sustainability, and timely project execution.
