Job Description HR Fresher

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Fresher to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, eagerness to learn, and a good understanding of basic HR concepts. This role will involve supporting recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening,coordinating interviews).
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for HR queries and follow-ups.
  • Assist in planning employee engagement activities.
  • Prepare HR reports, trackers, and MIS documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and confidentiality standards.

Required Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes (recruitment,onboarding, HR operations).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualification

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Freshers or 0–1 year experience candidates are eligible.
