Job Title: Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) – Venture Accelerator (Remote)

Commitment: Fixed Program Duration (5–6 months)

Reports To: Program Director / Accelerator Partners

About the Role

As a remote Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) in our Venture Accelerator, you will join a selective cohort of founders building and scaling high-potential ventures. This role is designed for entrepreneurs who want to accelerate their startup journey while collaborating with peers, mentors, and investors in a fully virtual environment.

You'll leverage the accelerator's resources to advance your venture while contributing to a global founder community — making this role both a growth opportunity for your startup and a leadership position in the cohort.

Key Responsibilities

* Validate, build, and grow your startup with structured mentorship and accelerator resources.

* Participate in virtual workshops, pitch sessions, and mentor office hours.

* Share learnings, feedback, and support with fellow EIRs in the cohort.

* Work on pitch decks, fundraising strategies, and business model refinement for demo day.

* Actively contribute to discussions, peer mentoring, and accelerator-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

* Founder, co-founder, or aspiring entrepreneur with a validated idea, prototype, or early-stage venture.

* Strong entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a remote-first environment.

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills across digital platforms.

* Commitment to meeting program deliverables and deadlines.

* (Preferred) Prior startup, entrepreneurial, or industry leadership experience.
