We're Hiring: Entrepreneur in Residence at MYNK
MYNK is redefining wellness through premium smart wearables. Our flagship product — the MYNK α Smart Ring — is scaling fast with ₹12–15L monthly revenue, 20% MoM growth, and a clear path to ₹100 Cr ARR.
We're looking for someone extraordinary to lead this journey.
The Opportunity
This isn't a typical role. As our Entrepreneur in Residence, you'll operate as the CEO of MYNK — owning growth, brand strategy, operations, partnerships, and innovation end-to-end.
You'll work directly with our founders and receive mentorship from top industry leaders, investors, and consumer brand veterans who've built category-defining companies.

Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial leader who:
Thrives in high-growth, fast-moving environments
Comes from a top-tier institution with 2–4 years of hands-on experience
Has exposure to startups, D2C, e-commerce, or consumer brands
Isn't afraid to experiment, take bold decisions, and lead from the front
Has a genuine passion for wellness, technology, and brand-building
What You'll Do
→ Drive MYNK's business operations and scale strategy
→ Build and execute brand, marketing, and sales initiatives
→ Collaborate on product innovation and category expansion
→ Manage key partnerships, investor relations, and new opportunities
→ Hire and lead a high-performing, mission-driven team
