Role Overview

As an
Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR)
, you will work directly with the founders to conceptualize, build, and scale high-impact initiatives. This is a hands-on, strategic role ideal for someone who wants to operate like a founder inside a high-growth FinTech.

You will explore new business opportunities, design go-to-market strategies, execute strategic projects, and drive organizational growth across functions. If you enjoy solving complex problems, building from scratch, and creating real-world impact, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the founding team to drive innovation and strategic initiatives
  • Identify, assess, and build new business opportunities
  • Create detailed business plans and execution roadmaps
  • Lead cross-functional projects to accelerate growth
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling
  • Own end-to-end execution of strategic pilots and new initiatives


Qualifications

  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build and scale
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
  • Prior experience in business planning, consulting, product strategy, or growth roles
  • Good understanding of the financial services / lending / FinTech ecosystem
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
