Role Overview
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist – Account Manager to join our dynamic recruitment team. The role involves end-to-end recruitment management, from sourcing and screening to client coordination and offer negotiation. You will work closely with clients to understand hiring needs, manage multiple mandates, and ensure timely closures.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
- Identify, source, and engage top talent using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial screening and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Client Coordination
- Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs, job descriptions, and cultural fit.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for client requirements, ensuring timely delivery of quality candidates.
Interview Process Management
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- Collect and share feedback post-interviews with both clients and candidates.
- Negotiate offers and ensure alignment between client budgets and candidate expectations.
Database Management
- Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Track hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and conversion ratios.
Market Research
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.
- Share insights and feedback with clients to support informed decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience (preferably in a consulting environment).
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requirements efficiently.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Familiarity with advanced sourcing techniques (including Boolean search).
