To drive this growth, we are looking for an experienced Sales Professional with expertise in fabrics/apparels (preferably uniforms) and a strong network in institutional sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive B2B sales of uniform fabrics & apparels to hospitals, labs, clinics, laundries, and institutional clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term client & distributor relationships.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide insights to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in fabrics, uniforms, or the textile industry (experience with Mafatlal, Donear, Siyaram's, Raymond Uniforms, etc. will be preferred).
  • Strong client network in the Uniform Sales Executive Medical Uniform & Fabric sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and systematic in work approach.
  • Proficient in computers and planning tools.
  • Experience: 5-8 years in relevant industries.
  • Age: Preferably senior-level professionals.

Compensation:

  • Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 (for highly experienced candidates) + attractive incentives.
  • Final package to be discussed based on expertise & client network.
  • Two-wheeler
