Core responsibilities
- Process optimization and workflow automation: Develop and implement efficient processes to reduce costs and improve how the legal department operates.
- Technology management: Evaluate, implement, and manage the legal department's technology stack, including document management systems, e-billing software, and legal research tools.
- Financial and budget management: Oversee the legal department's budget, track expenses, analyze expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Project and vendor management: Manage legal projects to ensure timely completion, manage resources, and oversee relationships with external vendors and law firms.
- Data analytics and reporting: Analyze operational data to provide insights and report on the department's performance and efficiency.
- Cross-departmental coordination: Work with other departments to ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements.
- Compliance and risk management: Support the legal team with compliance and risk management activities.
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Develop and implement DEI goals for the legal team and its external partners.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
