Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Site Engineer based in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include overseeing on-site construction work, ensuring quality control measures are adhered to, coordinating with teams, and implementing structural engineering plans effectively. The engineer will also ensure timely completion of projects, address on-site challenges, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience with on-site project management and execution
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in quality control practices and techniques
  • Knowledge of structural engineering principles and procedures
  • Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related field are preferred
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in interior construction projects is a plus
