BIM & 3D Visualization Specialist (Revit/3ds Max, AutoCAD)Location: Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad )*Employment: Full-time Experience:* 5-10 yearsRole summaryOwn the end-to-end creation of accurate BIM models, photorealistic renders, and cinematic walkthroughs for buildings and infrastructure. You'll translate drawings and design intent into compelling visuals that support concept design, client approvals, and marketing.Key responsibilitiesBIM & CADBuild/maintain Revit models (families, LOD 200–350+), set up views/sheets, and coordinate with architecture/MEP/structure.Convert 2D AutoCAD drawings into clean, buildable 3D models; ensure dimensions and details are accurate.Visualization & RenderingModel/optimize assets in 3ds Max; create PBR materials, lighting (HDRI/photometric), and cameras.Produce stills and 360s with V-Ray/Corona; deliver layered outputs and PSDs for post.Walkthroughs & AnimationStoryboard sequences; animate cameras/objects; output smooth 1080p/4K walkthroughs.Post-production in After Effects/Premiere (titles, color, music/VO sync).Real-time / Client reviewPrepare Enscape/Lumion/Twinmotion scenes for interactive reviews and quick iterations.Coordination & QAWork with architects, engineers, and PMs; follow naming/versioning conventions (BIM 360/ACC).Run a visual QA checklist (scale, normals, light leaks, textures, clash flags) before delivery.Pipelines & LibrariesMaintain materials/asset libraries, render presets, and project templates; suggest automation (MaxScript/Python) where useful.Must-have qualificationsDiploma/Degree in Architecture/Civil/Industrial Design/CG or equivalent hands-on experience.Software: Autodesk Revit, 3ds Max, AutoCAD; V-Ray or Corona; Photoshop; After Effects/Premiere; one of Enscape/Lumion/Twinmotion.Strong grasp of composition, lighting, color, scale, and an eye for materials/details.Ability to read architectural/structural drawings and communicate clearly with design teams.Nice-to-haveNavisworks (clash/quantification), SketchUp/Rhino/Blender, Unreal/Unity (VR/interactive), basic MaxScript/Python.Understanding of BIM standards/LOD, rendering farms (Deadline/Backburner), and optimization for large sites.Portfolio requirement8–12 samples: at least 3 Revit model screenshots (plans/sections/3D), 4+ photoreal renders (interior/exterior/day/night), 1–2 full walkthroughs (links), and one before/after showing CAD to final render.Success metrics (KPIs)Model accuracy & LOD compliance (>98% dimensional accuracy on spot checks).Turnaround time (e.g., concept renders in 48–72 hrs, final set per agreed schedule).Revision efficiency (≤2 cycles avg), zero show-stoppers in visual QA, positive client feedback (CSAT ≥4.5/5).Tools & workflowsAutodesk AEC Collection, Adobe CC; asset libraries (Megascans/Polyhaven as licensed); versioning via BIM 360/ACC; shared render presets and LUTs.Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
