Job Description

  • Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies that align with organisational objectives.
  • Drive talent acquisition and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance on performance management and career development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies in all HR practices.
  • Analyse HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing grievances and fostering a positive work culture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organisational change and development.

The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Business Partner should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in HR functions, particularly in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulatory compliance in India.
  • Experience in managing employee relations and organisational development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data effectively.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
