Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Student Support Team Lead located in Hyderabad. The
Student Support
Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of student service representatives, ensuring excellent customer support and satisfaction. Key tasks include resolving customer inquiries, supervising staff, monitoring service quality, and implementing strategies to improve customer experiences. The role also involves direct communication with customers to address their concerns effectively and collaboratively.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Service, Student Support, and maintaining Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in Customer Service Management and team leadership
- Strong Communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving customer experiences
- Prior experience in a customer service leadership role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
