Job Title: AFM Site Lead

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic AFM Site Lead to oversee our state-of-the-art automated facilities management systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our facility's automated systems, ensuring optimal performance, efficiency, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the implementation and operation of automated facilities management systems Monitor system performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement Develop and implement strategies to optimize facility operations and reduce costs Manage a team of technicians and coordinate with other departments Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues Conduct regular system audits and maintain accurate documentation Liaise with vendors and service providers for system upgrades and maintenance Train staff on the use of automated systems and best practices Develop and manage budgets for AFM operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 3 years in an automated environment
• Strong knowledge of building automation systems, HVAC, electrical systems, and energy management
• Proficiency in relevant software and technologies used in automated facilities management
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Relevant certifications (e.g., FMP, CFM, or CAFM) are preferred
