Sales and Business Growth Intern

Role & responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, new markets, and emerging trends.
- Support lead generation through outreach, cold calls, emails, and networking platforms (LinkedIn, etc.).
- Assist in preparing sales pitches, client proposals, and presentations.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals.
- Analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify areas for improvement.
- Track sales metrics and prepare performance reports for management review.
- Participate in client meetings, demos, and negotiations where applicable.
- Suggest and implement strategies to boost customer acquisition and retention.
Preferred candidate profile
- Pursuing or recently completed an MBA / Bachelors in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online research.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
