Role & responsibilities

Site Visit

Daily site visits of various running & completed sites to ensure the execution as per approved GA drawings & as per REC technical specification.

Raising of SOR

Raising of SOR (Site Observation Report) for any discrepancy found in work.

Escalating the SOR report to take corrective action.

Closing of SOR

To help execution team in closing of SOR. (Internal as well as Clients SOR)

Verification of Closing of SOR

Update the closing SOR in system.

Site Failure Analysis

To visit the site where any failure happens

Prepare a preliminary report.

To establish the cause of failure.

To eradicate the root cause of failure.

Checking of material during inward at site store

To check the material receipt at site store is as per GTP of client and is the same which was inspected by Material QA team at factory.

Material NCR / CRM (Leap Ahead)

Entry of non-quality material in CRM software.

Prepare material NCR.

Site store visit during vendors visit to site store

Check and prepare MOM for any satisfactory rectification/replacement done at site store by vendor.

Doing joint inspection of Transformers along with vendor at site store before dispatch for rectification.

Material handling at store & site

To provide training to stores and contractors for material handling.

Periodic Site Store Audit

Training

To provide training to Sub-contractors and engineers.

Special Task

Providing help to execution as & when required.

To ensure to check the grouting/ concerting as & when required.

JMC verification during processing of contractors retention bills as & when required.
