Civil Engineer - Real Estate Development Amayu Real Estate Developers Is hiring for Site Engineer for Jind Haryana Site Office Address - Amayu Real Estate Developers Opposite Sihag Furniture Safidon Road Jind Haryana-126110 Overview A Civil Engineer in the real estate sector plays a crucial role in the planning Scheduling Budgeting Organize design and execution of Residential - real estate projects They ensure that the structural infrastructural and environmental aspects of developments meet technical standards legal requirements and client expectations from land development to project completion Key Responsibilities Project Planning Design Prepare site layouts grading plans drainage systems and road networks for real estate developments Collaborate with architects surveyors and planners to create sustainable and cost-effective designs Site Assessment Feasibility Studies Conduct topographical and geotechnical investigations to evaluate land suitability for construction Analyze zoning regulations soil conditions and infrastructure availability Construction Supervision Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications safety standards and local building codes Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to manage quality timelines and budgets Infrastructure Development Design and manage essential infrastructure such as roads water supply sewage and stormwater systems for housing or commercial projects Cost Estimation Budgeting Prepare BOQs Bills of Quantities cost estimates and material requirements Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to financial plans Regulatory Compliance Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities Ensure environmental and legal compliance throughout the project lifecycle Collaboration Reporting Liaise with developers architects contractors and government agencies Prepare progress reports technical documents and as-built drawings Required Skills Qualifications Diploma Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Strong understanding of construction codes urban planning and environmental standards Excellent analytical problem-solving and project management skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Must possess a minimum of 1-5 years experience of managing and successfully delivering Residential Commercial construction projects Note Interview Address- DSS 131 Sector- 11 Near Geeta Mandir Panchkula Haryana-134112 Software Knowledge Microsoft Excel Word Knowledge of Microsoft Projects would be a plus Schedule Day shift Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 65 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Ability to commute relocate Jind Haryana Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Real Estate 5 years Preferred Language Hindi English Required Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Work Location In person
