Principle Accountabilities:
Sales Management:
- Deliver sales budget as per organizational requirements
- Process adherence as per organizations laid out process
- Quality of sourcing to be as per organizations standards
- Timely Post disbursement document adherence & other hygiene related matters.
- Create distribution and reach through FOS and drive productivity.
Channel Management:
- Should have strong network of DSAs, Connectors, Dealer DSAs, DSEs in the city/area.
- Capability to build and enhance the channel network for business development.
Customer Service:
- Building strong & positive relationships with customers and provide customer service.
Pre-requisites:
- Should be able to understand & comprehend KYC documents, financials statements, key financial numbers,
Repayment track, bank statement, GST etc.
- Should have strong inclination towards technology/digital processes.
- Geographical understanding and Market knowledge
Desired Profile
- Minimum Qualification bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce, management, finance, economics, or
related field.
- Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in commercial vehicle lending space as an on-roll sales manager at an NBFC / Bank.
- Preferably NBFCs in Used commercial vehicle like Cholamandalam, HDB, Tata Motors Finance, AU SFB, IDFC First Bank,
TVS Credit, Indostar etc.
- Candidate should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities & thorough knowledge of
regulatory requirements pertaining to sales & collections applicable to NBFCs.
- Proficiency in local language of the RMs base location/state.
