CRM Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the
    primary liaison
    between the client and internal teams (Design, Project Execution, Procurement, and Accounts).
  • Manage and update all client details, project progress, and communications in the
    CRM system (Zoho / HubSpot / Salesforce)
    .
  • Schedule
    design discussions, material selections, site visits, and handover meetings
    .
  • Track project milestones and share
    weekly progress updates
    with clients.
  • Handle
    client feedback, concerns, and escalations
    promptly and professionally.
  • Follow up for
    stage-wise payments
    and ensure timely collections as per schedule.
  • Support internal teams by maintaining
    clear documentation
    and communication trails.
  • Conduct
    post-project client satisfaction surveys
    and gather testimonials or referrals.
  • Coordinate with marketing for client stories, references, and repeat business opportunities.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Mandatory:
    Experience in
    Interior Design or Architecture industry
    (client-facing role).
  • Excellent
    verbal and written communication
    skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
  • Strong
    coordination and multitasking
    ability.
  • Familiarity with
    project timelines, design processes, and execution workflows
    .
  • Working knowledge of
    CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)
    and
    MS Office / Google Sheets
    .
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
