Role Description

We are looking for a driven and confident
Interior Design Sales Executive
to join our team. This role requires someone with excellent people skills, strong design sensibility, and the ability to convert leads into successful projects. You will be the first point of contact for clients—helping them understand our design services, identifying their needs, and guiding them through the entire sales journey.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage with inbound leads and follow up with potential clients through calls, messages, and meetings.
  • Understand client requirements and present our design solutions, pricing, and process clearly.
  • Coordinate between the design team and clients to ensure smooth communication.
  • Create and manage proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and track progress in CRM tools.
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and design presentations when required.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build strong client relationships and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Share market insights and client feedback with the design and marketing teams.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • Prior experience in
    sales
    , preferably in
    interior design, architecture, real estate, or luxury products
    .
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of interior design concepts and materials (or willingness to learn quickly).
  • Ability to present ideas confidently and professionally.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and email communication.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field; design-related education is a plus.
