Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive HR Manager to oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions within our organisation. This pivotal role requires a professional with 3-4 years of experience who can strategically manage HR operations while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Management: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives, driving organisational success.
  • Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Compliance and Policy Management: Ensure adherence to all statutory compliance and labour laws while maintaining and updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive organisational culture by addressing employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the performance management system, supporting employee development through training and growth initiatives.
  • Compensation and Benefits Administration: Administer payroll, employee benefits, and company-wide HR programs with precision and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Human Resources management.
  • Knowledge Base: In-depth understanding of labour laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices.
  • Skill Set: Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities; exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Work Environment: Ability to commute to the office in Thane daily and work in person.

  • Experience Requirement: Minimum of 3 years in Human Resources (required).
  • Work Location: In-person at our Thane office.
