Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to support our recruitment and HR activities. The intern will assist in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining databases, and supporting end-to-end hiring processes. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR and recruitment functions within a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidates' suitability.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment trackers.
  • Assist in onboarding and documentation of new hires.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or pursuing graduation (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field).
  • Strong interest in HR, recruitment, and people management.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and handle confidential information responsibly.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
