Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Junior Motion Graphic Designer to join our New Delhi team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of experience in motion graphics and animation, possessing a keen eye for detail and a passion for bringing visuals to life. The role demands creativity and technical proficiency in crafting compelling motion graphics that enhance our digital content.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects for creating complex motion graphics and visual effects.
  • Experience with Cinema 4D in designing and animating 3D elements to meet project needs.
  • Solid understanding of Adobe Premiere Pro for editing and assembling raw footage into polished videos.
  • Knowledge of Blender for advanced 3D modeling, animation, and rendering tasks.
  • Strong skills in 3D Animation, with a focus on realistic movement and fluid dynamics.
  • Competency in Video Editing to produce seamless transitions and high-quality video production.
  • Familiarity with Visual Effects (VFX) to integrate various elements into cohesive motion projects.
  • Experience in Storyboarding to visualize scenes and define the narrative before animation begins.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop engaging motion graphics for diverse media.
  • Create, edit, and deliver high-quality animations and visual effects in alignment with project objectives.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
  • Review final productions and troubleshoot any problems or inconsistencies in creative output.
  • Adhere to brand guidelines while iterating and refining design concepts and animations.
  • Work closely with the team to strengthen projects through technical and creative expertise.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and tools to continually improve practice and push creative boundaries.
