About the Opportunity

A high-growth player in the Digital Marketing & Creative Design sector, our agency crafts compelling visual narratives and immersive digital experiences for clients across industries. We are now expanding our creative team and seeking an on-site Motion Graphic Designer to elevate our multimedia offerings in India.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and design captivating motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, websites, social media, and video content.
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content creators to translate briefs into engaging visual narratives and storyboards.
  • Develop storyboards, style frames, and animatics to illustrate creative vision and motion flow.
  • Animate vector assets, 2D/3D elements, and kinetic typography using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other industry-standard tools.
  • Optimize animations for multiple platforms and formats, ensuring performance, quality, and brand consistency.
  • Maintain visual standards and adhere to design guidelines across all motion projects.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in motion graphics design within a digital marketing or creative agency setting.
  • Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and storytelling techniques.
  • Experience creating video assets optimized for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • A robust portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animations, and video editing work.
Preferred
  • Familiarity with Cinema 4D or other 3D animation software.
  • Knowledge of HTML5/CSS3 for animated web graphics.
  • Experience in sound design and audio integration for animations.
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles for interactive motion graphics.
