Introduction –

Brandslane is a Performance Marketing agency that helps Direct-To-Consumer eCommerce to grow their revenue with more acquisitions and sales. Over the last 6+ years, we have worked with some notable brands in India & outside the D2C space including - Yaanman, Gehna, Bummer, MDNT45, DiamondLady, BombaySweetShop, SwissTimeHouse, RippedUpNutrition and others.

We're looking for
Motion Graphic Designers
to join our team under and proactively assist with static and video creatives to be run in ads that are aimed at direct selling of products of partner brands - in turn generating direct revenue.

Requirements –

  1. Must have at least 2 year experience in producing ad creatives working for an marketing agency or e-commerce brands.

  2. Must understand the creative process and flows that make images/creatives thumb-stopping and click worthy.

  3. You must have great experience of producing motion graphic performance/social media creatives.

  4. Must have worked on product motion graphics.
  5. You must be able to manage the idea from concept to visuals based on requirements.
  6. Solid grasp of typography, color theory, and composition; ability to create clean, on-brand visuals.
  7. Stay on top of motion-design trends, tools, and techniques that
    psychological impact
    .
  8. Add motion graphics & animated elements to the footage & videos.
  9. Translate storyboards and scripts into engaging visual narratives that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
  10. Have a good understanding of the direct response ad creative design psychology for thumb stopping creatives.
  11. Producing some past work for product businesses is a must.
  12. A recent experience of including AI tools in your workflow will be beneficial.

Tools Required –

  1. Technical Proficiency:
    Expert skills in Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro / Cinema 4D / Illustrator.
  2. Platform Knowledge:
    Instagram, Shorts.
  3. Portfolio:
    A strong reel showcasing a variety of motion-graphics projects
  4. Communication & Time Management
