Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Motion & Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role blends visual storytelling, graphic design, and motion graphics, with opportunities to work on social media, digital campaigns, website elements, product explainers, and more. If you have a passion for travel and design, this is your chance to showcase creativity at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, design, and animate motion graphics for social media, reels, marketing videos, website elements, and product explainers.
  • Create static creatives such as banners, ads, brochures, posters, emailers, thumbnails, and web graphics.
  • Produce short-form video content and engaging visuals for multiple digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand briefs and deliver on-brand creatives.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design assets.
  • Edit/repurpose video footage and templates when required.
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines with high-quality outputs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 14 years of relevant experience in motion and graphic design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe XD/Figma.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, composition, and animation principles.
  • Ability to transform scripts and concepts into compelling visual content.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to balance direction and creative originality.
  • Portfolio showcasing both static and motion design work is mandatory.

Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

  • Basic knowledge of 3D tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D).
  • Experience with video editing, transitions, sound syncing, and YouTube content.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX and responsive design.
  • Prior experience in travel, lifestyle, or e-commerce industries.
