Overview

We're looking for a Motion Graphics Designer with a flair for storytelling through motion, bringing concepts to life with intentional design, impactful audio, and engaging effects.

You should have a strong understanding of core design principles like composition, timing, typography, and visual hierarchy, and be able to translate complex ideas into dynamic, motion-based content that aligns with broader marketing and brand goals.

Role Description


• Design and develop 2D and 3D Motion Graphics for diverse media outputs and platforms (Digital and Social channels).


• Produce business-wide content, including Podcasts, Social videos, Brand campaigns, large-scale event visuals, and animated videos, amongst others.


• Edit raw video footage, add motion graphics, and optimize content for multiple formats and platforms.


• Enhance videos with sound design, transitions, and effects while maintaining brand consistency.


• Take ownership of projects, requiring minimal supervision, and take them from concept to completion within established timelines.


• Ensure all motion assets adhere to brand guidelines.


• Ability to share new design perspectives and creative solutions that are aligned with evolving industry standards.


• Keeping track of new trends, technologies, and software/tools in the visual communication design industry.


• Being a part of the creative team to ensure that design work consistently answers the brief in terms of look and feel, accuracy, functionality, and brand identity.


• Measuring key performance indicators for video deliverables.


• Suggesting ideas and planning concepts for shoots

Basic Requirements


• Candidates with 2 to 4 years of experience


• Degree/Diploma in Animation, Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.


• Those with in-depth knowledge of motion design, video editing, typography, colour, space, sound mixes, iconography, patterns, layouts, visual hierarchy, and imagery.


• Knowledge and Experience with Tools:

Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Audition, and Photoshop with special

effects.


• Sound design and music synchronization


• Strong Communication with the ability to talk through design decisions.


• A self-learner, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment.

Bonus:


• Nuke, Cinema 4D, Blender, Final Cut Pro, Pre-production


• Knowledge about latest AI editing tools (Midjourney, Google Veo etc.)
