Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer with 4+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for digital content, advertisements, and multimedia projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop motion graphics video editing for digital marketing, social media, and advertisements.
  • Create engaging 2D and 3D videos for promotional and branding purposes.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to conceptualize and execute visual storytelling.
  • Edit and enhance video footage using After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other video editing software.
  • Develop visually appealing title sequences, info graphics, and motion effects.
  • Optimize animations for web and mobile platforms while ensuring quality and performance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, animation techniques, and best practices.
  • Work within brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all visual elements.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines with efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of professional experience in motion graphics and animation.
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Coral Draw, and Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of visual composition, typography, and color theory.
  • Experience with 3D animation software (Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of video editing, sound design, and post-production techniques.
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Knowledge of InDesign is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in advertising, digital media, or branding agencies.
  • Hands-on experience with motion capture technology and AR/VR animations.
